Teaching for me..
The sky often creates myriad patterns.. Coimbatore, 2005
My
vision is “teaching towards creative engineers and good human beings”.
I try communicating engineering from basic science and transformation of scientific principles into workable designs and have found it most rewarding. I use open-ended practical design problems and scientific case studies trying to ensure that the learning is enquiry-based.
An adjunct faculty in the National Resource centre for Value Education (NRCVEE), my quest is to enlighten students on pertinent issues like sustainability (“cradle to grave approach”), life cycle analysis and motivate students for conscious and morally accountable scientific pursuits.

Research as I wish to do..
A misty morning, IIT Delhi.. Water droplets collect on invisible webs..Research is perhaps more about looking beyond the obvious.
I work with natural fibres, their extraction and modification, fibre reinforced composites, green materials [100% biodegradable materials],etc.
I would like to further my research for society – inquires meant for “eco-conscious” aproaches, which can create employment opportunities and ease the existing task of many. Interested may please contact me at [email protected]
